2019 Book Project at Carroll T. Welch Elementary School
A total of 950 books were distributed to students of C.T. Welch Elementary School. Assisting with the distribution were EPLVRTA members: Bobbie Estrada, Julieta Calderon, Barbara Tullius, Maria Baxley, Becky Martinez, Beverly Cooper, Sandy Hernandez, and Librarian, Suzanne Ritchey.

In an attempt to promote literacy and encourage reading our annual book project provides area lower valley elementary school students with a book of their own. The following elementary schools have received books from EPLVRTA:
