We welcome all retirees and guests for 2018-2019!

 

 

We meet the second Tuesday of each month,
September 2018-May 2019, for lunch,
an exciting program
and legislative updates.

 

Meetings are from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM
beginning at 10:30 AM for visiting and luncheon at 11:00.
Lunch reservations are due by 11:59 PM
the Thursday prior to the Tuesday meeting.

 

Most meetings are held at First Baptist Church, Plano.

Directions to First Baptist Church, Plano:
The First Baptist is at 1300 E 15th St, Plano, TX 75074.  From Central Expressway (Hwy 75), Turn EAST on E 15th Street.  Go through old downtown Plano to the church located between Avenue M and Avenue P.  The Fellowship Hall is on the east side of the building.  There is also a large parking lot there.  Alternatively E 14th Street takes you to the same parking lot.

It is very important to state your full name and number of guests when you make your reservation, whether by email or phone. We use your name for making name tags and the number of guests for guaranteeing service and payment with the catering department.  We regret that we cannot accommodate anyone unless you have made a reservation.

REMINDER:  If you make a reservation, and then you cannot come to the meeting, please cancel the reservation by the published deadline date.  If you do not cancel, we will try to sell your ticket.  If your ticket cannot be sold the day of the meeting, you will receive an email that you owe PRTA the price of the meal.  You should then mail the treasurer your check.
