Grayson County Retired School Personnel Association (GCRSPA) is the local unit of the Texas Retired Teachers Association, the voice for public education retirees. Working to improve and protect the benefits of over 300,000 retirees, we offer opportunities for fellowship, volunteering, supporting projects that further the cause of education, learning about retirement issues and associating with colleagues. February 13, 2018 - "Russia"

TRTA is the only organization that works exclusively for retired Texas public school employees, and has been doing so for over 60 years. 

A Note from President Renee' Grooms:

Grayson County Retired School Personnel Association will meet Tuesday, February 13, at Texas Star Bank Community Room, 500 N. Sam Rayburn Freeway, Sherman.

Special Valentine treats will be served before the program begins at 12 Noon. The program will be presented by Dr. Thomas Fletcher Grooms.  He will share information from his latest books The Collapse of Russia: A Time to Remember, After the Collapse of Russia: A Time to Reflect and Market Intelligence.

The business meeting will take place after the program with valuable information from TRTA and our local legislative committee. 

Members are encouraged to bring school supplies and books to be donated to CPS.

Current members who bring a retiree that joins TRTA and GCRSPA will receive $25 for each new member.  There will be a financial surprise for the new member. 

TRTA is Your only voice it the Texas Capitol on issues like TRS-Care!
